How Claude powers the work

  1. Claude Code writes the code

    The products are built by directing Claude Code agents. I make the product calls, review the changes and test the result on the live app; 1,094 of the 1,242 commits across the eight repos carry a Claude co-author trailer.

  2. Each repo keeps its own memory

    An AGENTS.md in every repo records decisions and incident notes (symptom, root cause, fix, tests), so the next agent session starts where the last one stopped instead of repeating its mistakes.

  3. Claude also runs in production

    In explainer-engine, a headless Claude Code session running Opus directs its hand-drawn films and Claude plans each video, inside an autopilot that publishes without a person in the loop.
